What we collect

• Your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address when you place an order or open an account.
• What you ordered, what you paid and how, and the delivery status of each order.
• Messages you send us through the contact page, and reviews or photos you choose to post.
• Your email address if you join our newsletter, and the products you save to your list.
• Basic information about your visit, such as the pages you open and the device and browser you use.

How we use it

• To process, pack and deliver your order, and to raise the invoice for it.
• To send you order updates by email or WhatsApp, such as confirmation, dispatch and delivery.
• To answer your questions and sort out returns, replacements and refunds.
• To keep the website working well and to understand which pages and products are useful.
• To send you news and offers, only if you asked for them. You can stop these at any time.

Payments

Online payments are handled by our checkout and payment partners. We do not see or store your card number, UPI PIN or net banking password. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with the companies that help us run the shop, and only as much as they need for their part of the job:

• Our checkout, payment and courier partners, so your order can be paid for and delivered.
• The services we use to send order emails and WhatsApp messages.
• Analytics services that show us, in summary, how the website is used.
• Government or legal authorities, when the law requires us to.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to remember your bag, keep you signed in and remember the products you saved. We also use analytics cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the shop will still open, but your bag and sign-in may not be remembered.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Other information is kept while your account is in use or until you ask us to remove it.

Your choices

• Ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete your account and the information we are not required by law to keep.
• Stop marketing emails or WhatsApp messages at any time by writing to us.

Children

Our products and this website are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. For important changes we will also tell you by email where we can.
