Using this website

This website is run by Revoral. By browsing it, opening an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

Who can order

• You must be 18 or older to place an order.
• We deliver to addresses in India. The details you give us must be true and complete, so that we can reach you and deliver your order.
• Orders are for personal use. We may decline orders that look like they are meant for resale.

Our products and your health

Our products are oral care products. They are not medicines, and they are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any disease.

The articles, guides and other information on this website are for general understanding. They are not medical or dental advice and do not replace a visit to your dentist or doctor.

• Read the label and the ingredient list before you use a product, and follow the directions on the pack.
• If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether a product suits you, ask your dentist or doctor first.
• If a product irritates you or causes a reaction, stop using it and get medical advice.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include the taxes that apply, unless the page says otherwise.
• Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Prices and offers can change, but a change never affects an order you have already placed and paid for.
• Online payments are taken by our checkout and payment partners. We do not see or store your card number, UPI PIN or net banking password.

Your order

After you order, we send you a confirmation by email or WhatsApp. That message confirms we have received your order.

Now and then we may have to cancel an order — for example if a product has run out, if a price or description was shown wrongly by mistake, or if the payment or address cannot be verified. If we cancel, we tell you and refund in full anything you have paid.

Delivery

Delivery times, charges and what happens if a parcel is delayed or lost are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. The dates we show are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

What can be returned, how to cancel an order and how long a refund takes are set out in our Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these terms.

Your account

• Keep the details on your account correct and up to date.
• You are responsible for what is done through your account, so do not share access to it.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Reviews and what you post

If you post a review, photo or comment, it should be your own honest experience of the product. By posting it you allow us to show it on this website and in our communication.

We may remove anything that is false, abusive, promotional, or that breaks someone else's rights.

Our content

The Revoral name and logo, the product names, and the text, photographs, illustrations and design of this website belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without our written permission.

What you must not do

• Use the website to break the law or to harm someone else.
• Try to get into parts of the website, or accounts, that are not yours.
• Interfere with how the website works, or copy its content in bulk with automated tools.
• Place false orders, or post false or misleading reviews.

Our responsibility to you

We take care to describe our products accurately and to keep this website working, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

If something goes wrong with an order, we will put it right as our Refund Policy describes. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under Indian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a complaint, please write to us first — most things can be sorted out quickly that way.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we change this page and the date at the top. The terms that apply to an order are the ones shown here on the day you placed it.
